This program aims to strengthen the organizational and supervisory capacity to reach innovation and creativity and enhance the importance of innovation and creativity practices in streamlining working procedures reaching competitive services through the understanding of innovation and creativity, formulating working methodologies towards services and procedural leadership, therefore, enhancing institutional capacity in building an integrated system strategy towards creativity and the practices within Mohammed Ben Rashid Center for Government Innovation.
